Past performance or simulated results demonstrated in our educational content do not guarantee future results. Trading financial instruments involves significant risk of loss.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Company is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from decisions made based on content learned through the Service.

Certain courses or features may require payment. All fees are listed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated amount.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at Baxetradelive@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase if you believe a refund is warranted.

All payments are processed securely. The Company does not store payment card details on its servers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BAXETRADE LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Financial losses from real-world trading decisions made after using our Service.
• Interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have:
